Women's Health - Menopause
This "time" of our lives should be an entrance into a beautiful next phase....
Understanding Menopause
Menopause is a natural phase in every woman's life, marking the end of her reproductive years. It typically occurs between the ages of 45 and 55, but it can vary widely from one woman to another.
This transition brings a host of physical and emotional changes that can significantly impact a woman’s quality of life. Understanding menopause and its effects can help women navigate this stage with confidence and grace.
It is the point in time when a woman has not had a menstrual period for 12 consecutive months. It signifies the end of ovulation and the body's natural decline in reproductive hormones, particularly estrogen and progesterone.
